AAMALL respects the privacy of its customers and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected when you use AAMALL, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
By using AAMALL, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
AAMALL currently uses Google Sign-In for customer authentication.
When a customer signs in with Google, AAMALL may receive information made available through the authentication process, such as:
- name
- email address
- profile/account identifier
- profile image where available
AAMALL does not currently provide a separate customer email/password registration system. AAMALL does not receive or store the customer’s Google password.
Order and Checkout Information
When customers place or prepare an order, AAMALL may collect information such as:
- customer name
- email address
- phone number
- shipping address
- billing address where applicable
- city, state, ZIP/postal code, and country
- purchased products and selected product variants
- quantities and order totals
- discounts and coupons
- shipping and tax information
- order and fulfillment status
Payment Information
AAMALL uses a supported third-party payment provider to process eligible transactions. For supported card transactions, AAMALL may use Authorize.Net.
Payment card information is intended to be processed through the payment provider’s secure payment workflow. AAMALL should not store customers’ full payment card numbers or CVV security codes in its application database.
AAMALL may retain transaction-related information such as:
- payment status
- transaction reference/ID
- authorization or response information
- amount
- refund status
where necessary for order processing, accounting, fraud prevention, support, and transaction management.
Service Request and Booking Information
AAMALL supports online and on-site services.
When customers request a service, AAMALL may collect information such as:
- customer name, email, and phone number
- selected service
- project or service requirements
- notes and instructions
- preferred dates and times
- budget information where applicable
- quote information
- deposit/payment status
- service progress and status
For on-site services, AAMALL may also collect:
- service address
- city, state, and ZIP/postal code
- other location information needed to perform the service
AAMALL does not use continuous device GPS tracking for these features. Location details are based on information customers provide or select.
Contact and Support Information
When customers use the Contact Us feature, AAMALL may collect:
- name
- email address
- subject
- message
- related account identifier where the customer is signed in
AAMALL may retain support messages and reply information so the Admin team can respond to inquiries and maintain support history.
Location Information
AAMALL may use location information that customers actively provide or select, such as:
- selected state or service area
- shipping address
- billing address
- on-site service address
This information may be used to determine product/service availability, shipping, taxes, fulfillment, or service eligibility.
Shopping Activity
AAMALL may process information about how customers use shopping features, including:
- products added to cart
- selected variants and quantities
- Buy Now selections
- applied coupon codes
- promotional pricing
- order history
This information is used to provide shopping and checkout functionality.
Promotions
AAMALL may process information related to:
- Special Deals
- Flash Sales
- Coupons and coupon redemptions
- promotion eligibility
This may include which coupon was used, whether usage limits were reached, and discounts applied to eligible orders.
Notifications
AAMALL may create account notifications related to:
- orders and payments
- fulfillment and delivery/tracking
- service requests, quotes, and service progress
- promotions
- customer support where applicable
Notifications may appear in the customer’s AAMALL account. Transactional email may also be used where supported by a configured email provider.
Technical Information
AAMALL’s hosting and application infrastructure may process technical information such as:
- IP address
- browser/device information
- request timestamps
- error logs
- security logs
where made available by infrastructure providers. AAMALL may use ordinary technical logs generated by its hosting and application infrastructure for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
AAMALL may use collected information to:
- provide and maintain AAMALL
- authenticate customer accounts
- process orders and calculate order totals
- process payments
- coordinate fulfillment and provide shipping/tracking information
- manage service requests and prepare service quotes
- process deposits and service payments
- provide customer support
- manage returns, refunds, and cancellations
- apply coupons and promotions
- prevent abuse and fraud
- troubleshoot technical problems and maintain security
- comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations
3. Google Sign-In
AAMALL uses Google authentication to allow customers to sign in.
Google’s handling of information is governed by Google’s own privacy practices. AAMALL receives only the account information made available through the configured authentication process.
AAMALL does not receive or store the customer’s Google password.
4. Third-Party Services
AAMALL uses third-party services to operate the website, authenticate customers, store application data, process payments, fulfill orders, and deliver related functionality. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their services, features, policies, and availability may change.
Used for customer sign-in and related account authentication information made available through Google’s authentication process.
Supabase
AAMALL uses Supabase for parts of its backend infrastructure, which may include authentication/session support, database storage, application records, and related system services.
Vercel
AAMALL may use Vercel to host and deliver the website/application. Hosting providers may process technical information necessary to deliver the service, maintain security, and diagnose performance or errors.
Authorize.Net
Where configured, AAMALL may use Authorize.Net to process supported payment transactions. Payment information submitted through the payment process is also subject to the payment provider’s privacy and security practices.
CJdropshipping / CJ Global
For products fulfilled through CJdropshipping, AAMALL may provide information necessary to process and fulfill an order, such as:
- products ordered
- quantity and variant
- recipient name
- shipping address
- contact/shipping information required for fulfillment
Only information reasonably required for fulfillment is intended to be shared. CJ’s own privacy practices apply to its processing.
Transactional Email Provider
Where configured, AAMALL may use a transactional email provider to send operational messages such as order confirmations, support replies, or other agreed transactional communications. Not every account notification is emailed.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
AAMALL may use cookies or browser storage for functionality such as:
- authentication and session state
- cart-related preferences such as applied coupon codes
- selected location or service-area preferences
- security and application functionality
AAMALL does not currently implement advertising cookies, analytics tracking pixels, or a cookie consent banner as part of the storefront experience described in this policy.
7. Data Security
AAMALL uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the website. These measures may include:
- HTTPS
- authentication and access controls
- protected Admin access
- server-side validation
- third-party payment processing
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and AAMALL cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
AAMALL may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide services
- maintain order history
- maintain service request history
- process refunds and disputes
- provide customer support
- meet accounting and legal obligations
- protect against fraud and abuse
Some records may need to be retained even if a customer requests assistance regarding account or personal information, such as completed orders, financial transaction records, refund records, fraud/security records, and other legally required records, where required or permitted by applicable law.
9. Your Choices
Customers may contact AAMALL to request assistance regarding personal information associated with their account, subject to applicable law and record-retention requirements.
Customers may also:
- update available Profile information
- review Orders
- review Service Requests
- manage and read Notifications
- contact AAMALL for support
AAMALL does not currently provide a self-service Delete Account control in the customer account area. Customers may contact AAMALL regarding account or personal-information requests.
Children’s Privacy
AAMALL is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. If AAMALL becomes aware that personal information has been submitted by a child in a manner that requires removal under applicable law, the business may take appropriate steps.
Cross-Border Processing
Because AAMALL may use third-party providers, information may be processed by service providers in locations different from the customer’s location, subject to those providers’ infrastructure and practices.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
AAMALL may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change.
When the policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
