Welcome to AAMALL. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AAMALL’s website and related features. Please read them carefully before placing an order or requesting a service.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AAMALL, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use AAMALL or complete a purchase or service request.
2. AAMALL Services
AAMALL provides an online storefront where customers may:
- browse and purchase products
- request online or on-site services
- manage an account, orders, and related notifications
- contact AAMALL for support
Features, product catalogs, service offerings, and availability may change over time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use AAMALL for purchases or service requests. If you use AAMALL on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
AAMALL currently uses Google Sign-In for customer authentication. AAMALL does not provide a separate AAMALL email/password login.
You are responsible for:
- keeping access to your Google account secure
- activity that occurs through your signed-in AAMALL session
- providing accurate contact, shipping, and billing information when requested
AAMALL does not receive or store your Google password. Notify AAMALL promptly if you believe your account access has been misused.
4. Products
Product listings may include descriptions, images, pricing, variants (such as size or color), and availability information. AAMALL works to keep this information accurate, but details may contain errors or become outdated.
- Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
- Availability can change without notice, including after an item is added to a cart.
- Selected variants and quantities affect what is ordered and what you are charged.
AAMALL may update, correct, or remove product information at any time. If a material error affects an order, AAMALL may contact you or take other reasonable steps, which may include cancelling or adjusting the affected order.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products are fulfilled by AAMALL directly (manual fulfillment). Others may be fulfilled through a third-party provider such as CJdropshipping (“CJ”).
For CJ-fulfilled products, AAMALL generally submits the order for fulfillment after successful payment. Fulfillment timing, shipping methods, and tracking details may depend on the provider and carrier.
AAMALL does not promise worldwide shipping. Delivery options and destinations depend on the product, fulfillment provider, and shipping address.
6. Cart and Checkout
You may add products to a cart or use Buy Now where available. Checkout may require you to sign in, confirm contact details, provide shipping and billing information, and review order totals before payment.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and promotions shown before payment is completed are estimates that may update as you change address, quantities, variants, or coupon codes.
Completing checkout and submitting payment creates an order request. AAMALL may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, an item is unavailable, information appears incomplete or fraudulent, or fulfillment cannot reasonably proceed.
7. Pricing and Tax
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on AAMALL and may change at any time before you complete payment.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be calculated at checkout based on your address, cart contents, and other order details. The amount charged should match the total presented at the time of payment authorization, unless a later correction is required.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timing depend on the product, fulfillment method, destination, and carrier. Estimates are not guarantees.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or failed delivery may occur if address information is incomplete or incorrect, or due to carrier or customs issues outside AAMALL’s control.
Shipping and fulfillment status updates may vary by provider. Tracking information, when available, is supplied by the fulfillment or shipping partner and may take time to appear.
9. Orders
After you place an order, you can typically review it in your account. Order status may include customer-facing stages such as:
- Pending
- Confirmed
- Processing
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Cancelled
- Returned
- Refunded
Additional fulfillment or shipping updates may appear as an order moves through third-party providers. Status labels and timing can vary by product and fulfillment path.
AAMALL may cancel an order before shipment when payment cannot be completed, inventory is unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If a paid order is cancelled under those circumstances, AAMALL will process an appropriate refund through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
10. Payments
Where configured, AAMALL may process supported card payments through Authorize.Net or another configured payment provider. Payment availability depends on configuration and provider support.
Payment card details submitted during checkout are intended to be handled through the payment provider’s workflow. AAMALL does not store full payment card numbers or CVV security codes in its application database.
By submitting payment, you authorize AAMALL and its payment providers to charge the applicable amount for your order or service-related payment. Failed, declined, or reversed payments may delay or cancel fulfillment.
11. Services
AAMALL may offer:
- Online services — performed remotely
- On-site services — performed at a location you provide
Submitting a service request does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or completion. AAMALL may review requirements, availability, location eligibility, and other factors before confirming a service.
For on-site services, you agree to provide accurate location details and reasonable access needed to perform the work. Additional details may be requested before a quote or booking is finalized.
12. Service Pricing & Quotes
Service pricing may be presented as:
- Fixed — a set price for a defined scope
- Starting At — a starting price that may change based on scope
- Quote Required — pricing determined after review
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if requirements, materials, access, timing, or scope change. AAMALL will communicate material changes before proceeding where reasonably practical.
A typical service request may move through stages such as Pending, Contacted, Quoted, Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled. Exact steps may vary by service. Submitting a request does not by itself mean the request has been accepted, a date is guaranteed, or a Starting At price is final.
If you accept a quote, that accepted quote becomes the basis of the requested service transaction, subject to any required payment or deposit and other disclosed conditions. Accepting a quote is not the same as completing full payment.
13. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit before work is scheduled or started. Deposit amounts, timing, and how they apply to the final balance are communicated during the quote or booking process.
Deposits help reserve capacity and cover preparatory work. Whether a deposit is refundable depends on the specific service arrangement and the stage of work completed. Contact AAMALL if you need to change or cancel a service request after paying a deposit.
14. Promotions
AAMALL may offer promotions such as:
- Special Deals
- Flash Sales
- Coupons (including percentage off, fixed amount off, or free shipping where offered)
Promotions are subject to their stated terms, eligibility rules, usage limits, and expiration. Not all products or shipping methods may qualify.
Coupon compatibility and final discount amounts are confirmed at checkout. AAMALL may modify or end a promotion at any time, except as already applied to a completed eligible order.
15. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility can depend on the product, fulfillment status, payment status, and the reason for the request.
Customers with an account can start or manage return-related requests through Account → Returns where available. You may also contact AAMALL for help with cancellations or refunds.
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider and financial institution. Shipping fees, restocking considerations, and non-returnable items may apply depending on the situation.
16. Communications
AAMALL may send transactional communications related to your account, orders, payments, fulfillment, service requests, quotes, returns, and support messages. These may appear as in-account notifications and, where configured, as email.
Not every account notification is emailed. Keep your contact information current so you can receive important order and service updates.
17. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse AAMALL. Prohibited conduct includes, for example:
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- interfering with website security, performance, or availability
- using automated means to scrape, abuse, or overload the site without permission
- submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent order or service information
- using AAMALL for unlawful purposes
AAMALL may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including restricting access or cancelling related orders or requests.
18. Intellectual Property
AAMALL’s website content—including branding, logos, layout, text, and other materials provided by AAMALL—is owned by AAMALL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and service requests as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit AAMALL content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Product images and descriptions supplied by third parties remain subject to those parties’ rights.
19. Third-Party Services
AAMALL relies on third-party services to operate, including authentication (Google), payments (such as Authorize.Net where configured), fulfillment partners (such as CJ), hosting, and infrastructure providers.
Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. AAMALL is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, including outages, policy changes, or delays caused by carriers or fulfillment partners.
20. Website Availability
AAMALL aims to keep the website available and useful, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond AAMALL’s control.
AAMALL does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the website or any particular feature.
21. Disclaimers
AAMALL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AAMALL does not make absolute guarantees about product fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
Product information and third-party fulfillment details are provided for shopping convenience and may change. Nothing on the website is professional advice unless expressly stated as part of a confirmed service engagement.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAMALL and its owners, operators, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of AAMALL or any product or service obtained through AAMALL.
AAMALL’s total liability for any claim related to the website, an order, or a service request is limited to the amount you paid to AAMALL for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted. If a concern arises, please contact AAMALL first so we can try to resolve it.
23. Privacy
How AAMALL handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using AAMALL, you also acknowledge that policy.
24. Changes
AAMALL may update these Terms as the website, products, services, or legal requirements change. When updates are posted, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of AAMALL after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
25. Suspension/Restriction
AAMALL may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or features when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, unpaid amounts, policy violations, or legal requirements.
Where practical, AAMALL may notify you of significant access changes related to your account. Suspension does not limit AAMALL’s ability to cancel affected orders or pursue other appropriate remedies.
